Bankruptcy Update Part VII - Median Income Thresholds

I'm Dave Kelly. I have as a lawyer for over thirty years in about four miles from downtown Minne polis, Minnesota. My office is 169th in the vicinity of I-394 and Highway Every few months, the U.S. Trustee's office is a new median income figures. The numbers in this video are from February 2008, but check my web site at www.mn-bankruptcy.com for the current numbers. If your income is at or below the mean for Minnesota, you can use a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. If your income is above the median, you canstill be able to file, but you need a means to pass test. The starting point would be to call me to set an appointment and go trough the means test program I have to make on my computer. I tell you what information you need to bring. David J.
