US to probe alleged CIA torture - 25 Aug 09

The U.S. Attorney-General has appointed a prosecutor to a new probe into allegations that CIA's terrorist interrogation abused ladder. The announcement came as the CIA five freely-year-old report that new details concerning the manner in which detainees were abused there, including death threats and threatened the sexual abuse of a suspect's mother.
